My in house numbers were no where near the final numbers in The end. I am uncomfortable with the male sale workers talking down about their customers very loud in front of the building. Totally disappointed I've bought at least 5 vehicles from this dealership and have never been this disappointed in my service, first of all I was lied to about my service contract, oil changes were sup from this dealership and have never been this disappointed in my service, first of all I was lied to about my service contract, oil changes were supposed to be already paid for up to 4, service was not on time, I was told one hour I was two and a half hours and if I had not gone over from the waiting area to check they would not have started on my vehicle, after talking to the sales manager about my contract and him taking my information, he said he would get right back to me and get answers about my service contract from my trade in and gap money, over a year now and the new contract for the 4 oil changes ,I've still not heard anything, I will not be using this service again and will be recommending to all my military friends to go elsewhere.
