I turned my 2019 Ram Limited in a month ago for the console overhead was out. They replaced it. I also ask them about me leather dash was bobbling up. The service manager said that my extended warranty console overhead was out. They replaced it. I also ask them about me leather dash was bobbling up. The service manager said that my extended warranty would replace my dash. After contacting the warranty company they stated that only mechanical issue are covered. Ram know that this is a issue and will not make a recall. I seen two other Ram's with the same issue. The service department at Ram on Victory is about making money on any issue but what you bring the truck in for. The extended warrant sucks!!! More

I came to AutoNation because my vehicle was overheating. I had already gone to 2 other auto shops that told me 2 other reasons my vehicle was over heating, made me pay how ever the problem still persist I had already gone to 2 other auto shops that told me 2 other reasons my vehicle was over heating, made me pay how ever the problem still persist after those two servicing my vehicle. AutoNation only took 3 days to find out the issue and get it resolved I wished I had came sooner instead of waisting money elsewhere. The staff was very friendly, respectful and professional.
