The service was sub par. My usual service rep was out. I had someone who filled in for him. I had a an oil change scheduled for 830A I ask to check my tire and to order a si My usual service rep was out. I had someone who filled in for him. I had a an oil change scheduled for 830A I ask to check my tire and to order a side view mirror. 2 1/2 hrs later I had an oil change no tire fixed I was told I needed a new tire and they would order one and I would have it in two days. Never got that call. I took it to a tire shop and they repaired it and said there was no way I needed a new one. As for the mirror he told me that it was out of stock. More
