I have had several encounters with the Service Dept. Each has left me angry because of the lack of communication with me and the time lengths I had to wait to get my car back. I had to call them on every occasion to find out the status, Only to find that the pick up date changed each time. This paticular time I waited 2 weeks before I got my car back. One occasion I went in for a moon roof repair, they "had to order the part from California" and it would take 2 weeks and costs $1,800. I talked to a friend and got it done by a local repair shop, they had the parts on hand and only charged $800. Be careful when dealing with this dealership is all I can say. Oh by the way, once they kept my car for @ 2 months for an A/C repair. I had to threaten them with an Attorney before they got anything done! More

As far as work done, I noticed that the tire pressure was incorrect( had tires rotated); front tires now had higher psi than rear. I can only conclude tires’ pressure was not adjusted after tire rotation, Has been happening every visit here. Nothing else out of line noted as of now.Hefty bill was shock, but I can only take it and get estimates for next annual service, based on year of my vehicle. Also appreciated having loud offensive lyric music turned down in back of service area.-Spent part time at service & part shuttle to area+home. Unknown how vehicle was sanitized, or what was contactless service? (There is no option for n/a or unknown comment for questions). More
