A person should not have to wait 2 to 6 weeks to have a diagnostic performed. Keeping a car for a while for service is understandable but simply waiting just for the first step of a diagnosis should be done promptly. More
Danny Vega and the service techs at the Truck shop were awesome. Had my Dodge in for the parking engagement recall. I left the dealership with issues (A we-owe list) on a brand new vehicle. A month later they are still not fixed. I have not been able to talk to a service advisor, service manager or GM to date. I have c brand new vehicle. A month later they are still not fixed. I have not been able to talk to a service advisor, service manager or GM to date. I have called several times. I also now have new issues. This is the the worst Customer care I’ve ever had, and this is with a “New” vehicle. More

Test drive everything, even cars on their overflow lot. Make a deal. 5 minutes - take it or leave. I’m not wealthy. I left the first day with no hard feelings. Came back the second day and Anontio tried again and helped us to understand the financial process. The buying process. Our choice was a brand new vehicle. Given great experience in the past, we chose the large option to cover everything from head to toe - give me the price. Next, the breakdown of charges, full price, and new monthly payment. Paperwork, done, in less than 10 minutes. A loss of 1 star only because their service department is so backed up and busy. Vehicles are all over the place with customers from cities miles and miles away. It does not look fun. More
