Had a great experience from the time we walked in the door. The team that helped us, Mark, Antonia, Morgan and Sal Made this the best carb buying experience I’ve ever had. When we walked out the door with our new vehicle, all our questions were answered and they were able to get the price that worked for us. Highly recommended ! More
Service department is a complete joke. I have bought 2 Jeep Cherokees, one from this dealership. My current vehicle has a recall that i didn´t know about until I tried to renew my DMV registration. I found out that I can´t get it renewed until the recall issue is fixed. I called Autonation Carlsbad and was told to come in ant they could provide a form that I could use to get my tags. Nope, the person din´t know what she was talking about and I was informed I might have to wait 6 months, which doesn´t do me much good when my tags are about to expire. I have been promised call backs from supervisors on several occasions and not once have they followed through. Driving around with expired tags while my case with Chrysler Jeep is waiting to be heard. More
Awful Awful Awful. Do not take your vehicle here to get serviced. Our car has been with the dealer for over two weeks. We have been called on three separate occasion Do not take your vehicle here to get serviced. Our car has been with the dealer for over two weeks. We have been called on three separate occasions and falsely told our vehicle was ready. The first time, the dealership said they called us in error. The second time, they called back and said they drove the car and they didn't think it was ready. The third time, my husband drove the car and said the problem was worse than before and now unsafe for driving. The service advisor was about to send a vehicle unfit for the road back to my family knowing we would have two small children in the car. This is the absolute worse experience I have ever had....almost to the point where we are contemplating selling the car so we won't have to deal with such awful service. Oh and good luck calling and actually talking to someone! They rarely answer the phone, More
I met Rob Helms, service advisor, for the first time yesterday. He was both professional and personal in understanding my needs. I am happy to have someone I can count on for the future care of my Jeep yesterday. He was both professional and personal in understanding my needs. Best Buying Experience Ever! At my age I have bought a lot of vehicles, new and used. In the vast majority of cases, I have been treated as a sheep to be fleeced. I have At my age I have bought a lot of vehicles, new and used. In the vast majority of cases, I have been treated as a sheep to be fleeced. I have had my share of four-square closes, T.O. men, and hard-ball sales managers. Then, even when I've bought the vehicle, the finance man has tried to shove add-ons down my throat. None of this happened at the AutoNation Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat dealership in Carlsbad. After speaking to a salesperson, Antonio, over the phone, I made an appointment to see the Wrangler I was interested in. Antonio was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. After looking at the Jeep I had seen online, I realized it wasn't a good fit for me. Antonio took my wife and me to a secondary storage lot where their overflow inventory sat. There we found the perfect vehicle for me. I decided to lease it. After some minor negotiation, Antonio wrote the deal up while my wife and I went to lunch. When we came back, the car had been cleaned and prepped for delivery. The finance man, Trevor, offered the add-ons but did it without pressure. I chose one. Before I left, the sales manager, Rick, came out to shake my hand and offered me his card, telling me that if I ever needed anything, not to hesitate giving him a call. This is how it is supposed to be. I am a fan. More
I had an appointment on Black Friday for a check engine light and dropped off my car. After lunch I still hadn't heard what the repair status was. I couldn't get through to my service advisor through the a light and dropped off my car. After lunch I still hadn't heard what the repair status was. I couldn't get through to my service advisor through the automated phone system because they were running a skeleton crew that day. Finally I called new car sales and got transferred to my advisor and was at least able to leave a voicemail. End of business rolled around and I still hadn't heard. That was inconvenient not knowing what was going on. Finally on Saturday I got a text with my vehicle status. Monday I got a text my car was ready. Went to pick it up and had to wait for 3 customers to check their cars in before I could sign my paperwork and have the super nice car valet bring my car around. More
Just a very poor dealership, finance took over 3 hours to get in and sign, no finance, all cash. For a car CPO, the gas tank wouldn't open, thus taking it to a local dealer who said the arm in the gas tank get in and sign, no finance, all cash. For a car CPO, the gas tank wouldn't open, thus taking it to a local dealer who said the arm in the gas tank door was bent, having to go through the interior to get to it and replace, not even 10 hours old. BOTH, key fabs couldn't lock/unlock doors, really xxxx poor service, and best yet, sales managers wouldn't even so they were sorry for the inconvenience on the first day of ownership. They were more worried if the other dealer had fixed it rather then owning the fact that they didn't do their job. xxxx POOR SERVICE,,,,,,,,,,,,, Never ever will visit them for sales/ service again!
