Just to update the Public... My car was finally bought back under the CA Lemon Law. This dealership was absolutely worthless during this process. Not only that, the person assigned to buy my car back basically walked off and locked the car WHILE I was unloading my things. I told him the issues I had with the dealership and his whole demeanor changed. He told me he was friends with the dealership staff, which seems like a conflict of interest.
