I am a RAM1500 eco diesel owner. Since two years ago, called for service, no one answered the calls. Left messages no one called back. Two years later, I called again for service for the engine light was on. No one answered, directed to txt. After long wait, they texted back telling me they had transferred me to their Oceanside center. Then much later, another text, asking for the VIN. Gave VIN, then quickly for response: sorry we don't take new customers. The persons texted me are Tianna Pearson, and Emily Dufficy. Wonderful dealership! Highly recommended! Totally shocked! More

Fixed my car on time as promised, everyone polite and friendly, but a souvenir attached to my key fob magically disappeared during the process.... my mailbox key didn't "fall off" but my brass US Navy so friendly, but a souvenir attached to my key fob magically disappeared during the process.... my mailbox key didn't "fall off" but my brass US Navy souvenir coin vanished... was told "sorry, we will look around for ya" somebody got sticky fingers there ...
