Express Oil Change Oil change and tire rotation took over two hours to complete and there was only one other person in front of me. The only update I received was at the Oil change and tire rotation took over two hours to complete and there was only one other person in front of me. The only update I received was at the 1.5 hour mark and was told my truck was on the rack and would be done soon, but it still took another 40 minutes. The company has a policy that customers have to wait for their vehicles and can’t leave the premises because it is an “express” service. Considering the price I paid for an oil change and tire rotation (~$125), I found the service time unacceptable and won’t be going back. It is also extremely inconvenient that their policy requires you to remain in the waiting area even though their service is slow. More
