Dealt with "sales professional" Alfonso Rosales who was pushy, aggressive, and worst of all condescending. Hope my experience was a one off but surely won't be returning for any future car buying. Happily found a better vehicle with better service at another dealership who appreciated my business. You all lost a sale and a customer. More

Rex was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I live in north Orange County where I have many choices for a Dodge Dealer. Rex Allen-Baines at Bob Baker Dodge made me the best deal and my conversations with him instilled such confidence that I would be dealt with fairly, that I chose to drive 80 miles from Yorba Linda to Carlsbad on Memorial Day Weekend to buy my NEW Durango. Rex was not supposed to be working last weekend but he met me at the dealership on the day I asked, and had everything ready. I was in and out of the dealership in a very reasonable time frame. More

Third Vehicle Purchased but it's the last I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership over the past years, the past two vehicles within the past two and a half years. Sales on the 201 I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership over the past years, the past two vehicles within the past two and a half years. Sales on the 2012 vehicle was fast and easy, when I returned to get the vehicle it was clean, ready to go and spotless. Not so much on the latest one. First, one of the intelligencia crashed my new car at the dealership before I picked it up, so I had to find another similar vehicle to replace that one, losing yet another day of time. They don't know how to fill out all the paperwork, so if you have any unusual situation on your plates, be ready to have the information you need or they won't have a clue. The new car was delivered the next day and from outward appearances looked fine. Unfortunately I did not have time to go under the hood as I had already spent enough time at the dealership. Upon examining the vehicle, I found the underside of the hood and engine looked like someone drove the car through a field; filthy to say the least. The windshield washer fluid was empty and took a half-gallon to fill. The tires, which the door plate showed should be at 32 PSI front and rear, were pumped up to 44 PSI each. This from the same dealership whose new car service manager repeatedly told me in 2012 that they could not turn on my daytime running lights on a new Challenger. Had to go to another dealer who did it FREE in about 5 minutes. Looks like this vehicle will be headed there too. I don't trust their service. Contact with Chrysler Customer service might as well have been an offshore call center as well. Totally disinterested. Buy American...err...Canadian and this is what we get. More

Vacation Help While on vacation at a nearby state beach campground, the "check engine" warning light came on in our 2013 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited. We have an 18 foot While on vacation at a nearby state beach campground, the "check engine" warning light came on in our 2013 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited. We have an 18 foot travel trailer we would be taking back home, a trip of almost 700 miles, in a couple of days. As this was Friday, and we would be leaving on Sunday, needed this checked out as soon as possible. We called the service department and was told that while they were very busy, they would call if they could help us. A few hours later, one of the service advisors, Tim Casey, called and told us we could bring the Jeep in immediately and they could at least run a scan to see how urgent the issue actually was. They ran the scan and learned it was a minor software "glitch" and that they would have time for a technician to take care of it. We left the Jeep and walked to a nearby restaurant to have lunch while we waited. By the time we were halfway through our lunch, Tim called and said the jeep was done and ready to be picked up. When we returned to the dealership we found that not only had they fixed the problem, but they also took the time to give the Jeep a good washing. The kind of service we received would have been expected if we had purchased the Jeep from them, but was a complete surprise being that we were from out of town. Great job!
