It's convenient to take my car to the dealer for repairs. I may pay a little more for this convenience but the service makes up for it. They show me what needs to be done, what I can put off if time/money I may pay a little more for this convenience but the service makes up for it. They show me what needs to be done, what I can put off if time/money is a factor. I've been offered rides or loaner car to use. The car is ready within the time quoted. I feel comfortable driving around town or on road trips with the service I've gotten from them. More

Brought in my 9 year old Mazda CX5 because the navigation screen stopped working. I was told that the repair required a new CMC and SD card costing around $2,000. But the helpful staff was able to get Mazd screen stopped working. I was told that the repair required a new CMC and SD card costing around $2,000. But the helpful staff was able to get Mazda to cover the cost under an extended warranty claim. More
