I took my Subaru Forester in for it's first scheduled maintenance to Bob Baker Volkswagen Subaru in Carlsbad & had a great experience. I had a scheduled appointment time & was greeted right as I pulled maintenance to Bob Baker Volkswagen Subaru in Carlsbad & had a great experience. I had a scheduled appointment time & was greeted right as I pulled in to the service area by Erik Lopez who got me checked in & told me it should take about 90 minutes to do the service. I went for a walk & returned in 90 minutes to find my vehicle's maintenance completed (including a wash). Erik completed the paperwork & my Forester was delivered to me in a couple of minutes, looking great. Erik was pleasant, efficient, & informative. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you!
