I took my 2009 Outback in for an airbag replacement. It was a recall effort. Zack, the service rep, was outstanding. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I had expected a 2-hour repair but he told was a recall effort. Zack, the service rep, was outstanding. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
