Last 2 visits were problematic. No mileage recorded once and service timers not reset. Makes me wonder if they actually changed the oil. Service great. Without Bobby I could not manage owning a diesel TDI. All the heat exchangers and throttle hav had to be replaced. Because of computer fault issues, not mechanical.
