I waited for 3 hours. Chipped a big chunk of the plastic by the window switches so they could remove the door panel. Fixed the cable to the handle but Chief concern never got fixed. Driver side door will st by the window switches so they could remove the door panel. Fixed the cable to the handle but Chief concern never got fixed. Driver side door will still not lock. My car was taken back again and I was told I need to order an entire latch because it is failing to lock the driver's side door. I think it's an electrical switch issue that wont allow the driver's side door to lock. All the other doors lock. When I accelerate I can hear the door locks trying to engage. My appointment is Monday. If I bring it in and the part inwas told to order doesn't fix the issue, I'll be slightly upset. More

My last visit for a regular service was easy and I didn’t have any issues. Julian was friendly and prompt. My car was even done earlier than I anticipated which is always a nice surprise. Very pleasant experience! Zach and the crew made sure that after my Crosstrek’s battery was stolen, that nothing in the rest of the engine was faulty and that my vehicle was safe to drive. Service is great. Good thing because you will need it due to battery life being horrible. I didn’t drive it for a week and the battery died....twice the same night. It seems that every add-on I bought as extra from financing is not well organized and the service department is reluctant to do a good job. Basic service is fine. But I paid extra for ceramic coat financing is not well organized and the service department is reluctant to do a good job. Basic service is fine. But I paid extra for ceramic coating which they actually made my paint worse by embedding micro-scratches into my brand new car, I asked them to re-do it again, and they made it even worse. My wheel alignment was off since I bought my car, went back to get it aligned, and drove away with the steering wheel still being off-center. I can go on about how difficult it was for me to get in a complaint and speak to a supervisor but I'll stop here. To be honest I won't be coming back here again. You asked for a review, you got it.
