I bought my Jeep Patriot at Bob Baker in 2008. I have always had my oil changes there and Maintenance! The crew in the Service Department is wonderful. They know Jeeps and do such great work. Was not happy when I received my car back after a minor collision repair on front bumper. A dent was found on the car (unrelated to collision repair) that was not there before. In addition, there looked collision repair on front bumper. A dent was found on the car (unrelated to collision repair) that was not there before. In addition, there looked to be some touch up paint put on to hide small scratches near the dent. This deception of adding paint to hide the issue is my main concern. The customer service to repair was fine as they finally took ownership after I confirmed with my wife that it was not there before the drop off. The repair was lengthy and took a while to get on the schedule, but when complete it was good. Overall, not the professional service I was expecting. More
