That's not quite correct. The wobble remained, and I took it back to the other dealer after the warranty strut replacement. They concluded that ALL FOUR wheels had been mounted improperly and none were balanced appropriately. While not as bas as fully putting the car out of alignment, your tech rushed the job and as a result I drove over 1,000 miles with an annoyingly jerky erratic ride that had me thinking not great thoughts about your dealership. I was also not impressed by Norman on the phone suggesting that balancing was not necessary and couldn't be the reason for my issue. Is this how you operate at Bob Baker Subaru?
