I recently took our Subaru in for routine maintenance and some recall services. Everyone there provided friendly, courteous service. I had purchased my tires from a website, and waited to have them installed at Bob Baker Subaru, to avoid another shop damaging my pristine wheels. Upon picking up my vehicle, all 4 wheels had significant have them installed at Bob Baker Subaru, to avoid another shop damaging my pristine wheels. Upon picking up my vehicle, all 4 wheels had significant damage, including gouging and scratches. The dealer has offered to repair the wheels, at $100 cost to me. I am extremely dissatisfied with the fact that my vehicle will now have repaired wheels. More
