I was treated very well, with everyone respecting my concerns about covid safety. I was a bit disappointed, however, that I brought my car in for a recall and when I picked it up I found that it wasn't concerns about covid safety. I had thought what's checked before I came in. This required me to take off part of two days of work to take my car in and pick it up. I was given a loaner and everyone there were very very nice, but that just added additional time. More

I asked for a car wash and they forgot to wash it. I came in for an oil change and then they realized I needed a major service. They apologized for not noticing till I got there. I brought in car at 10 am bu in for an oil change and then they realized I needed a major service. They apologized for not noticing till I got there. I brought in car at 10 am but would have brought it in pearlier if I knew it was an all day service. Consequently, I had to pick up my car the next day. I now live an hour away so this was a big inconvenience. More
