While Brenden was great and service was completed within a few hours, not impressed with how this dealership operates. When a seatbelt is broken, it should be fixed, no matter what the warranty says. I know that’s a Volkswagen policy and not yours, but it shows a complete lack of customer centricity. We brought in an ad from a local dealership for the same service at a discounted rate. The dealership was unable to meet that discount. Also frustrating.I also didn’t like that my seats, steering wheel, and mirrors were all moved. More

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They told me about 75 minutes for my service and my car was ready in just under and hour. There was a little hiccup that caused me to need to wait in the lobby fo about 75 minutes for my service and my car was ready in just under and hour. There was a little hiccup that caused me to need to wait in the lobby for a few minutes and during that time we were all offered ice cream bars because it was so hot outside. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I’ll definitely be back in the future! More
