Tanner Knapp worked tirelessly to make sure the WRX I bought from Bob Baker in 2006 was serviced completely and properly. He provided a loaner car and regular updates of progress and status. Norman was appreciated for his friendly rapport and helpful ideas. Inept I went in for a recall and a safety inspection. When I asked for the safety inspection report I was told there wasn't one. I replied, "So, I'm supp I went in for a recall and a safety inspection. When I asked for the safety inspection report I was told there wasn't one. I replied, "So, I'm supposed to assume that everything is okay?" After Chad got assistance from a colleague I received my report. There were a few things that needed immediate attention At no time did Chad try to schedule or offer to take care of my needs. He handed me the report and walked away which felt very dismissive. Additionally, I had a coupon for a car wash which didn't get done either. There were more problems such as writing to the service advisor regarding this matter and him never getting back to me. Finally, I took my car to a mechanic and he found nothing which needed attention on the Bob Baker safety report list. I would highly recommend going elsewhere as this service department did not make me feel respected and/or did not want my business. More

I walked into this dealership in Carlsbad alittle over a year ago and have been very happy with them since. The salesman that sold me my car was pleasant,knew his products and made the whole experience easy year ago and have been very happy with them since. Got there at 7:30 with appointment waited for maybe 15 mins before I was entertained. Do not know what is the std procedure, go to the booth, or wait?
