Normally ok but this time service adviser made me feel like an inconvenience that he couldn’t check my AC because you didn’t have time. Good troubleshooting in Service Center and Will was great. Part had to Be ordered and I’m still waiting to hear when you have it so I can come get it installed. The service department cracked my windshield on my new used car by accident then tried their best to fix it. I was told it’d be done the next morning and waited for four hours then was finally offered a r used car by accident then tried their best to fix it. I was told it’d be done the next morning and waited for four hours then was finally offered a rental car. The rental car company failed to come get me for 45 minutes and then the service manager drove me to the car place. It was a big bummer of circumstances and they were filled with a few too many false promises on deadlines but finally got it handled by 5 the next day. I lost some time on my vacation and wish they hadn’t been so adamant they could get it done in a short time when they were clearly extremely busy. Bring a book or something to do if you bring your car here! More
