I had a 7:45 am appointment and dropped my car off the afternoon before. I waited 20 minutes and then didn’t get to talk to a service tech. An oil express person checked me in. He said they would call afternoon before. I waited 20 minutes and then didn’t get to talk to a service tech. An oil express person checked me in. He said they would call me later that day or in the am before they started working on my car. This did NOT happen. I called in the early afternoon and the receptionist, Emily who was very nice, said my car was still in a bay being worked on. She left a message for Zach but he didn’t call me back until much later to say it may not be finished. I explained that I’d brought it in early and had an appointment so I could get it back since I’m leaving on vacation. He said they had the part so he would push to get it completed. It barely got done before closing and I had to pick up keys from sales. This is not what I call good service. I usually use Julian Perez but he was not there when I dropped it off. I’m not complaining about Zach as he seemed to have way too many cars for one service tech. More

The team there are all so polite and nice! Especially Bobby, he took the time to explain everything that was getting done, why it was necessary etc. He was honest with me that they were down a guy becaus Bobby, he took the time to explain everything that was getting done, why it was necessary etc. He was honest with me that they were down a guy because of Covid-19 and it would actually take several hours and asked if I would like to call someone to get me, he saved me from sitting and waiting for 4 hours even though it was just routine service. Over all professional, nice, and prompt service! And I love the text reminders about my appointment beforehand was super helpful! More
