We love our ascent. We take as good of care as is possible for our ascent. So can you imagine dropping your pride and joy (our ascent) off at a dealership where the mechanics area looks like a bunch possible for our ascent. So can you imagine dropping your pride and joy (our ascent) off at a dealership where the mechanics area looks like a bunch of pigs runs wild in there? Modern auto shops are clean and well kept. Bob baker’s work area shop be closed down by OSHA for un safe work area!!!! Next time we need our Subaru ascent serviced I will gladly drive to Huntington Beach where the mechanics area is so clean and organized you could walk thru there in a white suit, roll around on the floor and not get dirt on your suit. What you lose from your customers is confidence and when the customer loses that confidence they go somewhere else. More

I brought car in On Thursday. Was called in Friday that part had to be ordered from LA. Called following Wednesday and left massage. No call back. Called on Friday late and left message again. I received my invoice for a recall repair and it says that COVID-19 can cause a delay. But not informed of it until after a 4-hour delay that should have been a 1 to 2-hour visit.
