I’ve been going to Bob Baker for 2 1/2 years and each visit has been great. When I needed a pretty full day of maint.,a car was always offered when available. My 2006 Subaru Outback needed a lot of work and had the infamous Subaru head gasket problem unfortunately. Zach was really fantastic in working with me to get it fixed up. He’s caring, intelligent, a great infamous Subaru head gasket problem unfortunately. Zach was really fantastic in working with me to get it fixed up. He’s caring, intelligent, a great communicator, and ensures confidence in his customer base. The world needs more employees and people like Zach. Hopefully I can get another 10 years out of my Outback. Only real suggestion is that Subaru Corp. should pitch in a solid 50%, at least, to cover head gasket repairs. There’s no reason why such a great company should allow their customers to shoulder the full financial responsibility of a poorly manufactured engine design. More
