I made an appointment for an oil change and a recall repair and got there on time. The service rep I made the appointment with was not available. The rep that assisted me said the repairs wouldn't be co repair and got there on time. The service rep I made the appointment with was not available. The rep that assisted me said the repairs wouldn't be completed by the end of business so I would need to leave my car over night. I said leaving the car overnight was not possible and that I made an appointment so my car service would be completed the same day. After an unpleasant conversation with the service rep., he agreed to try to complete the service by 4pm. I was extremely disappointed with the conversation and the manner I was treated. The service did get completed by 4pm, but I was stressed all day not knowing if it would be completed on time. Due to this interaction I will not be returning to your business for my service needs.
