Julian was great and very helpful. My complaint isn’t with Bob Baker. It’s why when Subaru has a known issue with key removal and has issued a service bulletin, they don’t issue a recall. $558 is a lot t with Bob Baker. I brought in my Outback for an oil change & tire rotation on Thursday and Erik Lopez handled my account. I had a Crosstrek a few years back and had issues with the service department at this location and decided it best to take my business to another Subaru dealership (where I also leased my Outback). I live and own a business in the Carlsbad area so I tried this location again after 2 years. I must say Erik was outstanding and so was the service team! I went in around 7:30 AM and was out the door before 9 AM with no problems. I am glad to return my business to a local dealership and will most likely do my next car shopping with them. More

I think that a lot of people (at least I do) have a natural mistrust of car dealerships. I'm constantly worried of being ripped off or played. But I was proven wrong by the team here. He took the time to explain what was going on so I could understand the problem and what it took to fix the problem. (I had a bad axel). My car is now back to running awesome. And I feel like I can trust the team at this location. I want to add I've been to other dealerships that tried to upsell me into oblivion and kept me out of the loop and just over all been really xxxxty.
