Usually a 5 star rating. I had an appointment but I waited 15 minutes and no one acknowledged me being there. I was in line behind 2 courtesy cars so, the next car to be serviced. There were plenty of waited 15 minutes and no one acknowledged me being there. I was in line behind 2 courtesy cars so, the next car to be serviced. There were plenty of people walking around so I finally asked someone if they could help me. He told me they would be with me shortly and after another couple of minutes Tanner came over to help. He said they were short staffed but it really didn’t seem that way. I don’t mind waiting I just didn’t like that I had to search out help. If they had just acknowledged me at some point That would have been fine. Tanner was courteous and helpful. He handed me off to I think it was Eric to finalize my service. He was very helpful and courteous. More

Solved Small Problem At No Charge My son's Subaru had a tire problem (losing air consistently) that we thought was related to alignment problems from a previous accident.
