Zach in the Service department did an EXCELLENT job getting me checked include explaining what was going to happen and into a loaner while my newly purchased car was having accessories put on. Excellent service I made arrangements with Bob Baker to service a recall for our 2013 Subaru Outback. They sent Joel with a 2020 Outback Courtesy Car and he took ours I made arrangements with Bob Baker to service a recall for our 2013 Subaru Outback. They sent Joel with a 2020 Outback Courtesy Car and he took ours to the Service Center. The Courtesy was beautiful and had all the bells and whistles but since we were in quarantine we did not drive it. The next morning our car was returned with the recall completed, beautifully detailed and even some scratches removed. All this at no charge. We were delighted with the professionalism of all of the individuals involved. All safety measures were follow. Thank you. More
