Terrible I would never do business with this dealership again. I was told I needed a water pump replacement 2 years ago and now 20k miles later I’m out another I would never do business with this dealership again. I was told I needed a water pump replacement 2 years ago and now 20k miles later I’m out another $1000 for a new water pump. The worst part is my mechanic sent me home with the water pump they replaced at Volkswagen and said it failed due to the installation by their mechanic. The O ring was completely bent off. I went in to discuss it with them and they couldn’t give me the time of day and just referred me to Volkswagen corporate. Terrible experience! More
