I was disappointed that even though I had an appointment weeks in advance and the service department knew I would need a loaner car, all the loaner cars were given out and I had to wait nearly 40 minutes to weeks in advance and the service department knew I would need a loaner car, all the loaner cars were given out and I had to wait nearly 40 minutes to receive a rental car that smelled badly. Although the service staff was friendly, they were not organized and I was frustrated to have to be shuttled to a rental car service, sign paperwork there, and hand over my credit card! This was not the service I was expecting after just buying a brand new car. More

Would have been five stars except I had to wait an hour longer than what was stated on my work order. Have always brought my car here from day one for service..service always great..BUT this time it was not.asked for an oil change tire rotation and 2 new front window wiper blades...3 hours later I service..service always great..BUT this time it was not.asked for an oil change tire rotation and 2 new front window wiper blades...3 hours later I got my car ..oil change done no tire rotation and 3 wiper blades!! I told them and they apologized and went and got my old wiper blade from the trash and put it back on...really??!!! Told me tires were still okay with out rotation...they could have at least just given me the extra blade at no charge for the inconvenience!! 2 days later I went to discount tires and got my tires rotated and found I also had a nail in one of them...so this is why I am disappointed in your service this time!!! Bob Baker Subaru service department is incredible. After the service I got at the Temecula location, it is worth the effort to get to Carlsbad for services.
