The collision center returned my car in beautiful condition; even though, it did take forever due to holidays and insurance blips. Jeremy was always pleasant to talk to. Insultingly overpriced. I also explained to 3 different people what was wrong with my car, kept calling all day to see if they had an update and they just said that they’d call me back. At the end of the d people what was wrong with my car, kept calling all day to see if they had an update and they just said that they’d call me back. At the end of the day I got a call from a service advisor asking me what was wrong with the car, so clearly there was no communication within the team, as he was the fourth person I had to explain it to. He said they were really busy and he wouldn’t get to working on it until next week. He then said it would be $165 to read the code to tell me what was wrong, which is absolutely ridiculous. I ended up taking it to Cali Auto and they read the code for free (as a lot of places do) and explained what was wrong with the car within minutes and got the job done by the end of the day. I will never go here again. I also recommend Mossy VW in Escondido, if you need service at a dealership. They’re super nice and helpful there! More

Always a great experience in service I'm very happy to continue visiting Bob Baker to get my Subaru serviced.
