The used vehicle you had just purchased at another Volkswagen store had worked on the vehicle two or three times you had indicated to us this might be a tire or wheel issue that would not be covered under Volkswagen warranty that is why we suggested you return to the selling dealer since you just purchased the vehicle less that a week ago.
