The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the difficulty of getting an appointment within a reasonable time for a safety issue. The women I first spoke to, with whom I explained my Tiguan’s airbag alerts, said I couldn’t get an appointment for over a week. I called Bobby directly, explained the problem, and he was able to arrange a time for me to bring the car in. I had to leave it through the weekend, but that more than satisfied my need to repair the potentially lethal problem with the vehicle as soon as possible. Thank you, Bobby! More
