Zach, very approachable, knowledgeable, taught me a few thin me a few things about my car I didn't know. I would like to have him as a son-in-law. He will always be my first choice as "advisor". I would say they're magicians, but I saw the shop, and there were no magic wands. It has been a tough year in my driving time after having been rear ended twice, and having a motorcycle crash into our door, thanks to Subaru Collision repair, our car has was fixed so precisely that no visible inside or outside vestiges remained. It is as if they have a hidden time machine somewhere in the shop (I couldn't spot it, but it could be there!) which they use to transport your Subaru back in time to pre-collision condition. Then they clean it up, wash and detail it, then give it back only to see your jaw drop to the floor as you see your shiny clean vehicle come out of the shop. The employees are top notch, they'll handle your vehicle with care and provide all the help you may need. The shop's collision repair advisor Jeremy has been a delight to talk to, he is attentive and friendly, he gave us all pertinent information and contacted the rental company for us. Marco, the shop manager has also treated us kindly and respectfully, and of course, has made sure our car was repaired to factory like condition and we were satisfied with the work, and we are very satisfied. I don't know if the shop fixes other vehicular collisions, but at least for Subarus I will recommend this shop to anyone that will listen. Awesome work. More

Tanner was knowledgeable and attentive and made sure everything went promptly so our wait time was within the hour and half that he quoted us when we arrived.
