A service center that goes beyond minimum. Since I was 15 min before opening, I began using my phone. Most dealers make you wait till opening even if staff are there early. The greeter at Subaru who directs traffic came to the car and said he would get me started as soon as a service writer was available. Two minutes later JP took care of things.
