No appointment My right tail light was out. I had no appointment, but Erik took care of me right away. I was there a little over 1 hr. They even washed my car and on My right tail light was out. My only complaint is that the chairs with the little tables in the waiting room are not comfortable for short ladies like me--but there are other chairs. Thanks Erik! More
