Great service - lousy facility Jonny my service rep was awesome ( 5 stars) however as I waited for my car the bathrooms were closed with no guidance on where to go if needed. You think there would more than one men’s room, and if there was why didn’t they provide directions to customers for the alternative location ? More

For example, I was told at my 24k check that the 30k service will take more time than a normal service, therefore, I was able to plan for this well in advance and make an appointment at a suitable time.
