My car got multiple scratches due to a simple switch install Lesson learned! If you care about your car, I highly suggest to take an HD pictures (interior/exterior) before you turned it in to service. In case, Lesson learned! In case, something happen to your car you will have a proof to show to Norman. Without a proof your word means nothing to these people. Do your self a favor to inspect what was done to your car I’m not sure if Quality Assurance exist in this department. More

Way too much time and no heads up from staff. While I was told to return in two hours from my 10:00 appointment, which I did, I still waited almost another hour and a half to get my car. This was time I could have been doing something productive since I have a busy schedule but ended up reading magazines in the lounge and waiting for someone to talk to me. In spite of me asking staff three times on my service status, it was not until the third time that anyone actually got back to me. I love this car and my past service expertises with Bob Baker have been good. And I thought my car would at least get a rinse off, but that did not happen either. I would not have chosen to do this somewhat obscure recall service had I known the experience would have been like it was. More
