Poor Quality work that took too long and poor communication A few months back we had our oil changed on our Outback. Afterwards, oil stains began showing up on our garage floor. We made an appt and returned t A few months back we had our oil changed on our Outback. Afterwards, oil stains began showing up on our garage floor. We made an appt and returned the car to Baker to check out the oil leak. On the positive side they admitted they had left the old gasket in, which caused the leak. Negative: I told them to use conventional oil, but they used synthetic and charged us an extra $30.00. We had a 7:30 appt and they promised us the car in 90 minutes, so we waited. Four hours later we finally got the car back. We have been using Bob Baker since 2017 and everything was fine. But after these last two visits I now have an oil stained garage floor and oil I did not ask for. Hopefully, they fixed the leak. After this we are now done with Bob Baker. More

Seven hours without solutions, oil change completed We are grateful the 50k oil change was completed on our XV. Unfortunately, the remaining time of the seven hours heard and observed the front and We are grateful the 50k oil change was completed on our XV. Unfortunately, the remaining time of the seven hours heard and observed the front and rear failures, but did not provide a definitive solution. We are leaving on our road trip on 20Jul, are awaiting possible parts for repair, and a service appointment prior to departure. A second appointment is needed to hopefully identify the confirmed failures and the needed repairs. More

Listen to the customer Brought Outback 3.6R in for 12k service. Told advisor I wanted a synthetic oil change instead of conventional. On my 6k service, I paid the difference Brought Outback 3.6R in for 12k service. Told advisor I wanted a synthetic oil change instead of conventional. On my 6k service, I paid the difference between the 2 oils. When my car was presented as ready, they had put conventional in. Had them redo the oil change and was presented with a $70.00 bill. I had paid $25.00 for the 6k service. Manager made it right and I appreciate that. I could go to Irvine Subaru, 13 miles away, instead the 32 to Bob Baker where I purchased the vehicle. Not sure where I’ll go next time. More
