Gas door repair. Once the repair was complete everything works fine. Drop car off on Monday morning was told I would get my car on Wednesday, repair was not complete Once the repair was complete everything works fine. Drop car off on Monday morning was told I would get my car on Wednesday, repair was not completed on Wednesday . Order another part Thursday was Fourth of July Receive the wrong part on Friday. Re-ordered got correct part on Saturday fix was complete. More

Zac was awesome!!! Very satisfied I came in to get a diagnostics test. I knew a lot was wrong with the car, but I don’t know anything about cars. Zac was very helpful throughout the wh I came in to get a diagnostics test. I knew a lot was wrong with the car, but I don’t know anything about cars. Zac was very helpful throughout the whole process, explaining everything to me! Then it came down to the bad news... Zac kindly gave me his honest opinion and told me to not fix the car. It wasn’t worth the $7000 to fix. End of the day he didn’t even charge me for the diagnostics test! Even though I won’t be fixing this Subaru, this experience makes me want to buy another one just because I know I’ll be taken care of! More
