Zac was awesome!!! Very satisfied I came in to get a diagnostics test. I knew a lot was wrong with the car, but I don’t know anything about cars. Zac was very helpful throughout the wh I came in to get a diagnostics test. I knew a lot was wrong with the car, but I don’t know anything about cars. Zac was very helpful throughout the whole process, explaining everything to me! Then it came down to the bad news... Zac kindly gave me his honest opinion and told me to not fix the car. It wasn’t worth the $7000 to fix. End of the day he didn’t even charge me for the diagnostics test! Even though I won’t be fixing this Subaru, this experience makes me want to buy another one just because I know I’ll be taken care of! More

Will arranged a rental for me at no charge, which both surprised me and allowed me to keep an important appointment. He also advised me of the discovery of a possible future failure which possibly saved me inconvenience and expense. Thanks to Will, I was able to be proactive and mitigated the problem. I have always had excellent service at Bob Baker, but Will went a notch above that. More

Great in an emergency A cement curb hit my front tire and it went flat after I got home. Called Bob Baker Subaru and the next day my Outback was towed to dealer and, withou A cement curb hit my front tire and it went flat after I got home.
