Didn't Perform the Requested Work When my vehicle was 3 weeks old, a trim panel on the lower rocker panel (below the doors) began to separate from the body. I waited all year for the first oil change to get that trim fixed so I wouldn't have to make an extra trip. The service attendant told me "yes, I will get the body shop to look at that". But when I picked up the car it was not fixed, the attendant was not around, and there is nothing in the report about it. End of the world? No. Aggravating? Yes. Apparently I get to return it again after all. More

Always amazing service Carlsbad service center is always very quick to get me in when I feel concerned about something and they drop me off at work.
