He also provided additional information on the care and upkeep of my 2016 GTI. He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Although I have not had opportunity to work with the other service agents, my preference is to work with Mr. Carrasco when I come to the Service Center. More

Way too long to wait for an oil change I had an appointment at 9:30am. I didn’t leave the dealership until noon. I appreciate the work they do and I did also get the car washed, but 2 1/2 h I had an appointment at 9:30am. I didn’t leave the dealership until noon.
