Way too long to wait for an oil change I had an appointment at 9:30am. I didn’t leave the dealership until noon. I appreciate the work they do and I did also get the car washed, but 2 1/2 h I had an appointment at 9:30am. I didn’t leave the dealership until noon. I appreciate the work they do and I did also get the car washed, but 2 1/2 hour is a bit long to wait. If I have an appointment I would appreciate service time within an expected time frame. Efficient and friendly. I made an appointment for an oil change & tire rotation. We were out the door with a car wash in about an hour--less time than was estimated.
