From our service rep Tanner to the shuttle drivers (sorry, can’t recall names). The waiting area is comfortable and accommodating. Wait times have been reasonable and sometimes less than what was expected. Very considerate of their customers. More

I told the guys as soon as I saw it, just when I was about to get into the car. Subaru asked for pics ( I recommend your guys taking them instead of your customer). I needed to send them twice by text and to two different email addresses. That was Monday. I have not heard anything yet . I also asked that the time is reset in my car (for some strange reason only Subaru can do this, says my handbook). I assumed it was done. It wasn’t. I almost missed an appointment believing the clock that still says one hour earlier than it should. I live far away from you guys . I am not looking forward to the hassle of getting my car there and driving a loaner car May I be the only one who ever gets her car back more hurt than when I brought it Sabina More
Everyone is always very friendly and helpful! Everyone who works there is always so helpful and friendly. They're always willing to answer your questions and the waiting room isn't too bad either Everyone who works there is always so helpful and friendly. And it's always nice that when I pick my car up at the end of the service it's been washed. More
