Outstanding service I bought a used 2012 VW Jetta Wagon TDI and less then 3 days latter my check engine light came on. I brought my vehicle into the dealership to see wha I bought a used 2012 VW Jetta Wagon TDI and less then 3 days latter my check engine light came on. I brought my vehicle into the dealership to see what the problem was. When I showed up the service department was very busy so I made an appointment for the following day. When I showed up for the appointment the service rep came out to help me right away and was very nice and courteous. Within an hour he called me and told me it was an emission error and it would be fixed at no cost to me and they would need to take my vehicle for a couple of days and gave me a loaner vehicle. A couple days later I got a phone call telling me my car was fixed. When I returned my car was fixed and washed. It’s been over a week now and no check engine light. I would recommend and return my VW back to this service department in the future. More

Oil change We chose to come to the dealership knowing it would be more expensive but hoping that in the long run it pays off to keep the car in good shape.
