Service writers are the best! I’ve been going to Bob Baker in Carlsbad for the last three years and the staff are incredible. They always know what is going on with my car. Its OK, but found detects in the paint job of the bumper Both front and back bumpers have flaws in the paint job...You would think when you buy a new car that the paint job would be perfect. In this case it Both front and back bumpers have flaws in the paint job...You would think when you buy a new car that the paint job would be perfect. In this case it wasn't, I'm flexible and had the scatches on the front bumper painted over, found flaws in the dealer paint job. Reported this last service, Two more trips one for paint job and one in 30 days for ceramic coating AGAIN. More

Airbag recall I had a hard time communicating with the service department when I came up to get my airbag replaced I live in Yuma 150 miles from Subaru service depa I had a hard time communicating with the service department when I came up to get my airbag replaced I live in Yuma 150 miles from Subaru service department I want them to be aware of time restraints travel time and motel reservations the phone operator told me repeatedly to discuss that with my service rep when I came in I wanted it to be noted by the service manager before I arrive so there could be time schedules looked atto further complicate things when I did get it replaced and on my way back from San Diego to Yuma Arizona my engine light came on my brake lights came on my cruise control light flashing and would not set there's mountains between Yuma and San Diego and it was a pretty frightening experience on Sunday when there is no Subaru service available when I called service the following Monday I didn't get very good responses was told it was probably my fuel cap nothing to do with the airbags well it seems to have been a computer reset problem which we did manage to take care of in Yuma without any help from anybody at Subaru I called to talk to customer service and was transferred to my service rep who give me no information other than to bring my car back pretty scary to bring a car back over mountains when the brake light is flashing and the engine light is on I asked to speak to the service manager he said he would relay my phone number it is been 3 days I have not been called back I sold my Subaru this week and bought a Chevy More
