Service Rep was deceiving The service rep that helped me gave me the run around on price for all the service I was getting. He tried to upcharge me until I told him I had alrea The service rep that helped me gave me the run around on price for all the service I was getting. He tried to upcharge me until I told him I had already received quotes. Then he backtracked. After all the work was completed, I went to pay for the work and he didn’t apply the discounts he said he would. I didn’t feel like I could trust him which made me question the work that was completed. I would not recommend working with this specific service rep. I didn’t like that I had to keep confirming the price and making sure everything was in order. I felt like he was trying to take advantage of me. All in all, I would still go to this service center, just work with a different rep. More
