Arrived for installation of door moldings and was told we had to pay over $500. It took over one hour to locate paperwork to confirm that we had already paid for parts and labor to install. Wife was at home had to pay over $500. It took over one hour to locate paperwork to confirm that we had already paid for parts and labor to install. Wife was at home and had to frantically search for “due bill” to prove service was included in car purchase price. Service was then rescheduled from 1 pm to 1:50 pm. Other people contacted at dealership to help find paperwork were useless. At 1:10 pm Julian Perez came out and apologized for the problem. Actual service was speedy. This was a horrible experience and we are not happy about what happened. More
