Tanner and Zach are great!!!! I have 2 subarus that I got serviced. Oil change. Both took a lot longer than expected and I had appointments for both. Like I said, Tanner and Zach are extremely cool and great serviced. Oil change. Both took a lot longer than expected and I had appointments for both. Like I said, Tanner and Zach are extremely cool and great customer service. My wife’s Subaru was serviced perfectly, but my 2018 Outback not so much. I called Tanner and he quickly called me back and apologized for the technician not filling my washer fluid and my tire pressures were low and all over the place. Plus no sticker for next service. It was disappointing, but Tanner saw who the technician was from my paperwork and said he was going to find out why this was not done. I will be back do to the customer service but the tech that did my car servicing needs to up his game and perform the job. More
