I had several small accessories installed plus a trailer hitch (including trim kit and wiring harness) and the Ceramic Shield. When I scheduled the appointment I was told this was a lot of work so they wou hitch (including trim kit and wiring harness) and the Ceramic Shield. When I scheduled the appointment I was told this was a lot of work so they would need the car dropped off for 2 full days. To my surprise they called me a few hours after I dropped off my vehicle and said it was ready. They said there was a cancellation and were able to finish everything sooner than expected. I was very skeptical and sure enough the interior which they said they did, didn’t look touched. I paid big $$$ for the Ceramic Shield for inside and outside the vehicle. There was a light film of dust and some dog hair on the dash from when I brought the car in. No big deal as I drove off — maybe the dash doesn’t need the Shield. Then when I got home I noticed there was some dirt smug marks on my seats from my kids that hadn’t been wiped off. Then I noticed the carpet was not vacuumed. So if they put the Ceramic Shield on the inside like they said they did, did they not clean it or wipe it down before? It looked untouched to me. More

My 2018 Outback comes in for service every 6 mos. JP was my service advisor last week and I'll definitely request him next time. I appreciate the service department providing the checklist of their inspect my service advisor last week and I'll definitely request him next time.
